At START Stuttgart, our People & Community team is on a mission to uncover Stuttgart’s hidden founder talent and turn colleagues into lifelong friends. You’ll coordinate onboarding initiatives, host informal meet-ups and mentorship circles, and foster a truly supportive culture. In return, you’ll hone leadership, event-management and interpersonal skills—while building your own network of highly motivated peers.
Join our Tech & Innovation squad to architect and maintain the digital backbone of START Stuttgart. From working on the Website or our Internal Notion to automating internal workflows (exp. Python or N8N) to developing public-facing tools like our real-time event scraper, you’ll apply—and deepen—your full-stack and data-analytics skills. You’ll learn hands-on product experiences and a stronger portfolio.
At START Stuttgart, our Marketing & Growth team tells the stories that matter—and scales the impact of everything we do. From building brand awareness across social media channels to launching campaigns for flagship events and initiatives, you’ll drive visibility and member engagement. Whether it’s crafting compelling content, or experimenting with growth hacks, you’ll sharpen your creative and strategic skills while boosting your marketing portfolio. The Finance & Operations department keeps START Stuttgart running like clockwork. You’ll oversee budgeting, financial reporting and legal compliance, while optimizing operational processes across teams. This role empowers you to master financial modelling, risk management and strategic planning—in a real-world, high-responsibility environment that readies you for leadership roles in startups and corporates alike.
Partnerships & OutreachAs part of Partnerships & Outreach, you’ll build and foster relationships with startups, corporates and public institutions. You’ll craft sponsorship packages, negotiate collaboration agreements and launch joint initiatives—expanding both our resource base and impact. This is your chance to refine your business-development, stakeholder-management and pitching skills, all while strengthening Stuttgart’s wider entrepreneurship ecosystem.
